Business Terms
1. Voluntary, opt-in participation
Participation is voluntary. Each person chooses whether to redeem a seat. Every insight, team view, coaching feature, workshop tool and career marketplace listing is opt-in: the employee chooses what to share, with whom, and can change or withdraw that choice at any time.
2. What the business sees
The purchasing business sees seat status (unassigned, sent, redeemed) plus only what an employee has chosen to share. Each person owns their own account and results.
3. Temporal path
Business seats use ORAQEL’s temporal path: personality, motivations, communication and work life.
4. Appropriate use
Shared insights are meant to improve communication, understanding and growth. Role-fit and career features are owned and controlled by the employee. Use in hiring, promotion, discipline or other employment decisions is governed by these terms and applicable law.
5. Seats
Each seat is one code, redeemable once by one person. Unredeemed seats can be reassigned. Seats never expire. Unused (unredeemed) seats are refundable within 60 business days of purchase. Redeemed seats are not refundable.
6. Plus reporting
With Oraqel for Business Plus, the business sees basic profile info (personality type, communication style, work style, strengths) and a “10 things about [name]” summary only for people who allow insight viewing. Each person can change that permission at any time.
7. Taxes
Seats are sold as business software with an invoice. Seats given to people outside your business may or may not be deductible. We don’t give tax advice; consult your tax advisor.
